Happy Thursday, Partners and Friends!

Today is the day that the Lord has made; I choose to rejoice and be glad in it! This is a great day to serve the Lord and thank Him for all He has done for us in our lives. Thank Him for the big and little things He has done for us! Forever thanking God for the life He entrusted us with.

Jack Hayford said this, We should strive to be the best we can be and to reach the highest level we can reach. To do less is to be unfaithful stewards of life entrusted to us.What is the highest level we can reach in life?

In Genesis 1:27, the word tells us that God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him - male and female. Think about that! God created us out His very own self! He created us to be like Him. We are the only creature that has a spirit, soul, and body. We are the only creature that has a speaking spirit, just like God. In Genesis 1, God spoke, “let there be light” and there was light. That is the image that we were created in! God spoke - we speak. The sky is the limit in God and His image.

So, going back to what Jack Hayford said, we should strive to be the best and reach the highest level we can reach. All of this is possible because we were created in the image of God.

Champions, many times we limit the dream God has placed in our hearts for our lives because we put our faith in ourselves and not in God and how he created us to be. It does not say in Genesis 1:27 that we were created with lack! It states that we were created in God’s image, and that means no lack. There is no lack in God, thus, there is no lack in the ability in us to do what God has called us to do. In God and His image, the highest levels can be reached.

God has entrusted us with one life here upon the earth. He has placed each one of us here for a purpose and a reason.  To not fulfill that purpose and reason in life is to be an unfaithful steward of the time God has given you for your journey here upon the earth. Oh, yes! If you are saved, you will continue forth with your journey in heaven; but God has called us to a place called earth to fulfill a mission while we are here.

So, do not let low-level-devils tell you that you are not capable, you are not smart enough, pretty enough or have enough money to complete what God has placed on your heart. Remember: YOU are created in the image of God. In His image, there are no mistakes, only perfection. There is no lack, only provision. There is no doubt, only faith. Look at yourself, the way God sees you: in His Image, just like Him.

In closing, look back at the statement by Jack Hayford, “We should strive to be the best we can be and to reach the highest levels we can reach. To do less is to be unfaithful stewards of the life entrusted to us.” Champions, we have been entrusted with one life upon this earth. So, let’s reach for the highest levels in Him and His calling upon our lives. We can do this! We were created in His image. Change our image to match His image and strive forward!

Justified

Hello Champion Partners and Friends!

We are going to begin today’s blog with a scripture found in the book of Romans. I love Romans because it is a Champion’s book. Everything Jesus did to save us, set us free, and help us to become a Champion for Him in everyday life is found in that book. It contains an order that God established since the foundation of the world. It also contains a process of development as we walk through life finding out who we are in Christ. This book is so full of  revelation knowledge of what God did for us through Jesus’ blood so that we may be victorious.

Today, Champions, we are going to look at Romans 5:8-9. This scripture states:

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

Glory to God!  Even when we were sinners, God so loved us that He sent His son to die for us.  Think about that. Even in our worst state in life, our position of unworthiness, God loved us!  Can you say that about yourself? Do you love others who are different from you? Do you love others who have done wrong to you? God did. He was so rich in His mercy and love toward us that He gave His son for us.

Ephesians 2:4-5 tells us:

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).

God so loved us that He made us part of His family. We are part of a Champion family!

We are not only Champion members of a Champion family; we, through Jesus’s blood, have been justified. Justified is a very legal term and in God’s legal system. Jesus’ blood legally justified us without us having to do anything other than to lift up our voice and confess Jesus as our savior.

The Greek word for justified is dikaiow and it means to render righteous, just and free. In other words, through Jesus’s blood we are in right standing with God!  Not only are we in right standing with God, we became the righteous ones in Christ Jesus. We are just, and we are set free!

What are we set free from? The wrath of hell. Praise God! But wait, Champs. Not only are we set free from going to hell, we are set free from the wrath of the adversary’s advancements against us in our day to day life. Praise God! That’s what the blood of Jesus does for us! It makes us a Champion in Jesus through His blood every day of our lives and for eternity.

Today, I plead the blood of Jesus over our partners and friends, and I thank you that every day they grow stronger in their relationship with You, Lord. Thank you that they develop a greater revelation of their justification in You, and they walk in the victories You have provided in Jesus’s blood.

Boldness

Hello Partners and Friends!

Today we are going to talk about the word boldness. The Webster Dictionary gives the definition of boldness as not afraid of danger or difficult situation. The Greek word for boldness is parrhsia, which means to have a freedom in speaking, an unreservedness in speech, an all -out spokenness with an assured confidence.

As Champions 4 Christ, we are called to a place of boldness in Him. Most Christians have a desire to be a bolder Christian - one who is not afraid to declare God and His word in their lives.  But, that desire is easier said than done when we are faced with the world around us speaking the opposite of what God is saying.

But, Champions, we have hope! We can be bold in every situation that comes our way because God has equipped us with this boldness. It is not in ourselves that we are bold; it’s in Him that boldness arises.

In Ephesians 3:11-12 (KJV), the word tells us: “According to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.” The Message Version of the same two scriptures says it like this: “All this is proceeding along lines planned all along by God and then executed in Christ Jesus. When we trust in him, we’re free to say whatever needs to be said, bold to go wherever we need to go.”

See, according to these two verses, all this has been accomplished for us by God in Christ Jesus. In other words, we don’t have to be bold in ourselves; our boldness is found in Christ Jesus.  God gave us access to Himself through Christ Jesus, and He gave us boldness to go out and conquer every situation because of who we are in Christ Jesus. So, no longer can we use the words “I can’t”, because you can in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 3:12 tells us this: Your boldness and confidence comes through your faith in Jesus, faith in His word, faith in His promises, faith in His blood and in His name. This is good news, Champions! We don’t have to rely on ourselves to be bold! We rely on Christ for that boldness. So, as He was bold, we are bold.  As He was confident, we are confident because of our faith in Him.

Father, I thank you for my wonderful partners and friends. Thank you that as they go forward this week, they are surrounded with your love and covered in your blood of protection. Thank you that they walk in a boldness and confidence like never before because of who they are in Christ Jesus. We praise you and give you all the glory! Amen.
